General Service Policy:

 

Bailey Sports Therapy is currently a mobile only service. Space for treatment must be provided by the client either in their home, workplace or sports club.

Upon booking you must enter the address which you wish to have the appointment. You can enter this information in the note section when providing your contact information.

 

We currently work within a 10 mile radius of the BST central location shown on the map below. Our postal area is BL3. If you are loacted further than the stated 10 mile radius then a milage charge will be added at a charge of 50ppm.

 

Reservation Policy:

 

Bookings must be made and confirmed at least 24 hour prior to the appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation or appontment re-scheduling. Failure to cancel prior to the 24 hour period may result in charges and refusal of future appointments.

 

Payment Policy:

 

Payment can either be made online or up front on the time of the appointment. Discounts will be offered when payment is made online at the time of booking.

If paying at the time of the appointment we can only accept cash or cheque. If you wish to pay by card please notify us prior to your appointment.
